In recent years, Polimer Teknik has developed solutions for a wide range of applications requiring extensive scientific infrastructure. We have integrated significant knowledge into our corporate technical memory through the development of biopolymer compounding lines, polyamide compounding lines that we install remotely, extruder lines used in reactive extrusion that require certifications like ATEX due to operation in explosive environments, and food extruders that are entirely stainless steel and produce food products akin to white meat using soy-based mineral inputs.

Additionally, there are mechanical R&D efforts related to our machines. Our machines require high torque levels. Over time, we have observed torque values increasing from 10 Nm/cm³ to today's 18 Nm/cm³. We have become capable of producing machines in this range. We apply the various modifications required by the projects in the design of machine screws and barrels.

Lastly, we have ongoing R&D efforts in the field of automation. Four years ago, we initiated a project focused on the Internet of Things (IoT), which allows objects to connect to the internet and exchange data. Our machines operate with a certain level of automation. This is necessary for both operator convenience and for us to provide accurate information and analysis. With the automation system we have developed, we collect data from the cloud to produce better machines and improve our customers' processes. Our goal is to ensure that all equipment within the entire extruder line can communicate with each other.
